Who is eligible to be a MESA student?

You declare a calculus-based major in math, science, or engineering*
You are a first-generation college student (parents do not have Bachelor's degrees or higher)
You are economically impacted
(example: receiving CCC Promise grant fee waiver, Pell grant, or other Financial Aid)
You plan to transfer to a four-year institution (must not already hold a Bachelor's degree)
You are a U.S. citizen, resident, or AB 540/DACA

*Majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering/Pre-Engineering, Math, Physics, Pre-Med, Geology, or any other STEM major that requires calculus.
